Ravens rally for 39-36 win over the Jaguars.

Baltimore erases a 23-7 deficit, and wins it on Tony Banks' 5th TD pass of the game, with :41 left, to give the Ravens their first victory over Jacksonville. Banks finishes 23-of-40 for 262 yards.

The Jaguars had retaken the lead on Mark Brunell's 40-yard TD pass to Jimmy Smith with 1:45 to play, their 3rd scoring hookup of 40+ yards in the game. Brunell throws for 386 yards while Smith catches 15 passes for 291 yards.
