Trent Dilfer gets redemption and Al Del Greco lays the groundwork for future nightmares in the AFC Championship game. Dilfer hits Patrick Johnson with a 2-yard TD pass w/ :25 left to lift Baltimore into the lead. Dilfer throws for 281 yards and 2 TDs.

However, moments earlier Dilfer appeared to throw the game away when Perry Phenix picks off an errant pass and returns it 87 yards for a TD to give Tennessee the lead. However, Del Greco hits the upright on the PAT leaving the Ravens with a TD and PAT from the win. After Baltimore regains the lead, Del Greco gets a chance for redemption with a 42-yard FG attempt on the final play, but Del Greco badly pushes the kick wide right.
