Schumacher's Williams fends off Mclaren's David Coulthard as Michelins best Bridgestone in the critical tire battle. Schumacher beats Coulthard by 4.3 seconds and Ferrari's Rubens Barrichello finishes a distant 3rd place, over 34 seconds back.
