Sebastian Vettel holds on for his 1st German GP win.

Vettel is able to beat a charging Kimi Raikkonen to the finish at the Nurburgring, edging the Finn's Lotus by 1.008 seconds after Raikkonen goes from 3rd to 2nd, and reels in Vettel's Red Bull at a rate of about 1 second per lap in the final laps. It was the first win by the 3-time World Champ in his 'home' Grand Prix.

Raikkonen's Lotus teammate, Romain Grosjean fills out the podium with a 3rd-place finish. Ferrari's Fernando Alonso finishes 1.5 seconds arrears of Grosjean.
