Nico Rosberg is the survivor guiding his Mercedes past the tire troubles that plague other contenders. Rosburg is able to capitalize on the failures, and a retirement by Sebastian Vettel to capture his 2nd victory of the campaign.

Red Bull's Mark Webber and Ferrari's Fernando Alonso threaten to chase down Rosberg in the final laps, but are unable to catch in the remaining laps, finishing 2nd and 3rd.
