Ricciardo is in the right position to capitalize on strategy of changing from wet to dry tires, and being int he right place when a Safety Car comes out, to get his 2nd win. Ricciardo charges from 4th to the victory, overtaking Fernando Alonso with 3 laps to go as fresh tires give him the edge.
