Terps stay hot, beat the Tigers 21-7.

Maryland beats Clemson for the 3rd straight time, and wins its 4th straight game as Scott McBrien tosses 3 TD passes to lead the Terps. McBrien's 25-yard TD pass to Steve Suter gives Maryland an early lead in the 1st quarter.

McBrien follows it up with a 10-yard TD pass early in the 2nd quarter. The Tigers struggle to put together any offense, managing their only score on a 70-yard TD pass from Charlie Whitehurst to Derrick Hamilton late in the 1st half. However, McBrien re-establishes the Terps control with a 69-yard TD pass to Derrick Fenner in the 3rd quarter.
