Virginia rallies in the closing minutes to stun Wake Forest. The Deacons clung to a 24-21 lead through most of the 4th quarter until Connor Hughes hits a 53-yard FG to tie it with 1:56 to play.

Wake Forest reached midfield following the FG with eyes to a FG attempt to win it, but Jamaine Winborne picks off a badly thrown pass by Cory Randolph late over the middle, and returns it to set up a 37-yard game-winning FG by Hughes w/ :10 left.
