Tennessee overcomes a 17-7 deficit and 17 straight points by Jacksonville as McNair scores a contested 1-yard TD run w/ :44. The Jaguars argue that McNair fumbled before crossing the goal line but replays were inconclusive.

McNair throws for 241 yards and 2 TDs, and adds 74 yards and 2 TDs on 10 carries. McNair had put the Titans ahead 21-17 with a 5-yard TD pass to Derrick Mason, only to see the Jags answer with a go-ahead score on Frank Moreau's 4-yard TD run.
