Green Bay rallies from a 21-7 deficit to nip Jacksonville late on Brett Favre's 6-yard scramble for a TD w/ 1:30 left. Favre throws for 362 yards and 3 TDs.

However, for much of the night, the Jaguars outplay the Packers. Ainsley Battles' 60-yard return of a Favre fumble helps Jacksonville go up 21-7 late in the 3rd quarter. But the tide turns quickly as Favre hits Bill Schroeder with a 43-yard TD pass on the next series, and then Elvis Joseph fumbles the ensuing kickoff return setting up Favre's 1-yard TD toss to Bubba Franks to tie the game at 21-21.

The Jaguars continue to be their own worst enemy as one potential go-ahead score is lost on an INT in the end zone, and Mike Hollis later hits the upright on a 42-yard FG attempt. Brunell finishes with 311 yards passing.
