After falling behind Tennessee 10-0, Minnesota's offense gets in high gear, scoring 5 of 6 possessions while running away from the Titans. Todd Bouman makes his 1st start a successful one, hitting 21-of-31 for 348 yards and 4 TDs.

Michael Bennett has his 1st 100-yard game, rushing for 113 yards and 2 TDs on 16 carries. After Bouman tosses a pair of TD passes in the 1st half, Bennett's 31-yard TD run opens a 21-10 lead for the Vikings. Doug Chapman adds his 1st NFL TD on a 38-yard TD reception from Bouman to go up 28-10 in the 3rd quarter.
