Jay Feely hits 3 FGs and Brian Finneran catches a pair of TD passes to lead Atlanta to its 1st win of the season. Finneran catches 1 TD pass late in the 1st quarter, and his 2nd in the 2nd to open a 20-0 lead for the Falcons.

Meanwhile, the Falcons defense holds Cincinnati to 191 yards on offense and causes starter Gus Frerotte to be benched in favor of Jon Kitna.
