Ricky Williams rushes for 143 yards and 2 TDs as Miami's balanced attack is too much for San Diego. The Dolphins rush for 222 yards and throw for 191 yards more as they outgain the Chargers 413-to-144.

Ray Lucas throws for 194 yards and hits James McKnight with a 20-yard TD pass late in the 1st quarter for a 10-3 lead. Williams adds a 1-yard TD run in the 2nd and then breaks the game open with a 12-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter for a 27-3 lead.
