Olindo Mare nails a 53-yard FG w/ :06 left to win it after Denver had taken a 22-21 lead on Jason Elam's 55-yard FG w/ :45 to play. Miami puts together a 5-play, 39-yard drive after Elam's kick to set up the game-winner.

The Dolphins had control after Ricky Williams scored on a 1-yard run, and Patrick Surtain returns an INT 40 yards for a TD and 21-12 lead. However, the Broncos put together two late drives to take the lead. Brian Griese's 11-yard TD pass to Mike Anderson w/ 3:37 to play pulls Denver within 21-19. Griese throws for 335 yards but suffers 2 INTs and 3 sacks.
