Patriots rally to beat the Dolphins 27-24 in OT.

New England eliminates Miami from the playoff picture as the Dolphins are unable to hold a 24-13 lead with just 5 minutes to play. After Tom Brady's 3-yard TD pass to Troy Brown and 2-point conversion to Christian Fauria, Adam Vinatieri hits a tying FG in regulation and then 35-yard game-winner in OT.

Miami is in control as Ricky Williams rushes for 185 yards and 2 TDs, but then after a weak pass interference call sets up the Brady to Brown TD, the Dolphins' inexplicably put their trust in Jay Fiedler instead of Williams, and pay for it giving the Patriots the ball back, and then compounding it with a 16-yard shank by Mark Royals. Olindo Mare joins the meltdown crew by kicking the OT kickoff out of bounds, setting up New England with field position for the winning drive.

Shockingly (sarcasm) Dave Wannstedt looks on with his dumb-founded expression as each bad decision or mistake is followed by another.
