New York jumps out to a 24-0 lead and then withstands a late rally by Jacksonville. Tiki Barber rushes for 101 yards and 2 TDs, and catches 4 passes for 62 yards to spark the Giants' attack.

Barber's 44-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter makes it 24-0 New York. Kerry Collins throws for 228 yards and 1 TD. However, Mark Brunell rallies the Jaguars with a pair of TD passes in the 4th quarter, but Jacksonville's final onside kick attempt is unsuccessful.
