Fred Taylor rushes for 142 yards and 1 TD, and catches 3 passes for 95 yards, including a 72-yarder that sets up 1 of 3 TD runs by Stacey Mack. Meanwhile, Jacksonville forces 4 turnovers by New York.

Mack follows an INT by Donovan Darius with a 1-yard TD run to give the Jaguars a 14-0 lead in the 2nd quarter. Mack's 3rd TD run, an 8-yarder in the 3rd quarter is set up by an INT by Jason Craft. Taylor's 22-yard TD run is set up by a fumble recovery and return by Fernando Bryant.
