Mel Blount returns an INT 50 yards for a score on the 1st series of the 2nd half, and then Jim Smith catches a 22-yard TD pass from Terry Bradshaw following an INT by Jack Lambert.

However, the 49ers do most of the thievery, forcing 6 turnovers, with all 3 scores following turnovers. Joe Montana throws for 205 yards and 1 TD.
