Danny White hits 21-of-27 for 279 yards and 3 TDs to lead Dallas to a 5-1 mark. White connects with Butch Johnson for a pair of 2nd quarter TDs, opening a 17-7 lead. Johnson catches 4 passes for 87 yards, including a near perfect toe-tap reception in along the side of the end zone for one of his TDs.

The Cowboys hold Houston to just 199 total yards, while gaining 416, and use a turnover to break the game open with an 86-yard return for a TD by Michael Downs. Timmy Newsome scores on a 46-yard TD reception after breaking several tackles and maintaining his balance long enough to reach the end zone.
