St. Louis takes a 17-3 lead on Lionel Washington's 48-yard INT return early in the 4th quarter. Then things get wet and crazy.

The clouds open, drenching the field, and the Browns score 21 straight points, the last score coming on Gary Danielson's 25-yard TD pass to Ozzie Newsome with under 2 minutes to play. However, the Cardinals counter, driving for a 5-yard TD pass from Neil Lomax to Pat Tilley w/ :04 left in regulation.
