However, Dan Fouts rallies the Chargers, delivering the winning score with a 12-yard TD pass to Kellen Winslow in the final minute. Fouts early hit Winslow with an 8-yard TD pass to to pull within 28-24.

Fouts throws for 333 yards and 3 TDs, while Terry Bradshaw counters with 325 yards and 2 TDs as offenses dominate. Wes Chandler catches 9 passes for 124 yards while Winslow catches 7 for 102 yards. John Stallworth leads Pittsburgh with 8 catches for 116 yards and 1 TD.
