Pittsburgh scores 20 points quickly and never looks back or lets up against Miami. Sidney Thornton caps the opening drive with a 1-yard TD run and then Terry Bradshaw connects with John Stallworth and Lynn Swann for TDs on the following 2 drives for a 20-0 lead in the 1st quarter.

The Dolphins briefly threaten after several failed drives, cracking the end zone on a 7-yard TD pass from Bob Griese to Duriel Harris. But the Steelers regain control, putting the game away with TD runs by Rocky Bleier and Frano Harris.

Bradshaw finishes 21-of-31 for 230 yards and 2 TDs.
