Adam Vinatieri hits a 23-yard FG to win it after nailing a 45-yarder with :27 left in regulation to tie it after a replay review rules Tom Brady was in the 'tuck' throwing position when losing the football for an apparent fumble to clinch an Oakland win. The ruling is made that it was an incompletion, allowing New England to drive for the tying score.

The crazy finish comes after Brady stepped up with a stellar performance in the 2nd half, to finish with 312 yards passing. Brady cut a 10-point deficit to 13-10 when he runs for a 6-yard TD with 7:52 to play.

The Raiders had dominated the 1st half, overcoming horrendous conditions. Rich Gannon's 13-yard TD pass to James Jett in the 2nd quarter is the 1st score.
