New York bounces back from a surprising loss in Game 1 as Pettitte goes 8 2/3 innings, allowing 6 hits, 1 walk and 1 unearned run while striking out 7. Florida manages a lone run in the 9th, but its all New York.

The Yankees turn a 2-out rally in the 1st into a 3-run HR by Hideki Matsui. Juan Rivera doubles in a run in the 2nd and Alfonso Soriano adds a 2-run HR in the 4th.
