It was a crucial answer after New York had tied the game on a wild pitch by Colby Lewis in the top of the inning.

However, Lewis proves to be the Rangers' big-game pitcher, allowing 3 hits and 3 walks in 8 innings before turning it over to Neftali Feliz for a perfect 9th.
