Cliff Lee dominates as the Rangers advance with a 5-1 win over the Rays.

Lee goes the distance, allowing 6 hits, 1 run and no walks while striking out 11 to out-duel Tampa Bay's ace David Price. Texas builds a lead for Lee with small ball and aggressive base-running.

Texas gets its 1st run on a groundout, when Price is slow to cover and Elvis Andrus races home from 2nd. The Rangers go ahead 2-1 in the 4th when Kelly Shoppach's throw to nab Nelson Cruz attempting to steal 3rd goes into left field allowing Cruz to score. Vladimir Guerrero steals another run when Tampa Bay is unable to turn a double play and the Rays aren't paying attention after the relay throw, allowing Guerrero to slide in at home.

Ian Kinsler provides the final insurance in a conventional manner with a 2-run HR in the 9th.
