Texas scores 12 on Seattle for the 2nd consecutive night as the Rangers power to their 3rd straight win. Texas scores 3 in the 1st, 4 in the 3rd and 5 in the 6th as part of a 17-hit attack. Josh Hamilton delivers the 1st big blow, following up Vladimir Guerrero's RBI single with a 2-run HR in the 1st.

Seattle answers with 2 runs, but Michael Young's solo shot starts the 4-run 3rd and the rout was on. Young and Julio Borbon both collect 3 hits and Hamilton drives in 3.
