Philadelphia scores 3 in the bottom of the 8th to rally and overshadow the debut of Florida star prospect Mike Stanton. The 20-year-old rightfielder goes 3-for-5 with 2 infield singles and a signle to right. His 9th inning infield single off Brad Lidge with 2 outs keeps alive the Marlins' last shot before Lidge closes the door.

Ben Francisco's 2-run single in the 8th gives the Phillies a 9-8 lead. He then scores on an infield single by Wilson Valdez.
