Twins hold off the Jays for 4-3 win.

Minnesota avoids a 3-game sweep to start the season as Joe Nathan pitches into and out of trouble in the 9th to earn his 1st save after missing the 2010 season with elbow surgery. Nathan gets Adam Lind to ground out with the bases loaded in the 9th. Nathan inherited a 4-2 lead, but gives up a Sac Fly before walking the bases loaded with 2 outs prior to retiring Lind for the final out.

Minnesota had gone up 3-1 when Matt Tolbert and Tsuyoshi Nishioka deliver RBI-singles in the 5th. Denard Span's solo HR in the 9th restores the Twins' lead to 2 runs.
