Braves edge the Blue Jays 3-1.

Atlanta gets a standout effort by Tom Glavine and a big blast to beat Jack Morris and Toronto. Glavine goes the distance, allowing 4 hits and no walks while striking out 6. Glavine strands 2 runners in the 2nd, but gives up a go-ahead HR in the 4th when Joe Carter takes him deep.

Morris continues to be a Braves' nemesis, but in the bottom of the 6th Atlanta breaks through. Sid Bream follows a 1-out walk by David Justice with a single, setting the table. After a fielder's choice by Ron Gant, Damon Berryhill connects with a hanging slider and drives it into the right field seats.
