Giants walk off with a 6-5 win over the Pirates.

San Francisco scores twice in the 9th off Rich Loiselle to win it. J.T. Snow walks with one out and then pinch runner Rey Sanchez scores on Melvin Benard's double to tie it. After a pair of intentional walks load the bases, Jeff Kent hits a high chopper that allows Benard to score the winning run.

Pittsburgh had jumped on Danny Darwin to build a 5-0 lead, the big blow coming on Kevin Young's 3-run HR in the 3rd. Jose Silva cruises along until giving up a single and walk to start the bottom of the 7th. After another single loads the bases against Elmer Dessens, Young's throw to the plate attempting to throw out the lead runner goes wide allowing 2 runs to score. Alex Diaz cuts the deficit to 5-4 with a 2-run double.
