Rockies rally by the Braves 10-6.

Down 5-2, Colorado erupts for 8 straight runs to overtake Atlanta with help from the Braves. Denny Neagle isn't sharp in his pursuit of a 21st win, and the defense develops holes aiding the Rockies' comeback. Fred McGriff is unable to handle Tony Graffanino's throw for a potential 3rd out with the bases loaded. The error results in 2 runs scoring in the 5th to cut the lead to 5-4.

After Colorado ties the game in the 6th, it loads the bases against Mike Cather in the 7th before Dante Bichette's infield single scores the go-ahead run, and then Vinny Castilla singles home 2 runs. The Rockies tack on 2 more runs in the 8th as the defense remains leaky.
