Yankees steal a 6-5 win over the Braves in 10 innings.

Atlanta, attempting to get in the Series after dropping the 1st 2 at home, is unable to hold on to a 5-1 lead as New York power is too much. Chad Curtis homers for the 2nd time, taking Mike Remlinger deep to lead off the 10th.

The Braves tagged Andy Pettitte early as the teams trade runs in the 1st, and then Atlanta takes a 4-1 lead in the 2nd on an RBI single by Brian Jordan and 2-run double by Jose Hernandez. Bret Boone, who collects doubles in 4 straight at bats dating back to a pinch hit in Game 2, doubles home another run in the 4th for a 5-1 lead.

New York chips away against Tom Glavine with solo HRs by Chad Curtis and Tino Martinez. Chuck Knoblauch ties it with a 2-run HR off Glavine in the 8th.
