Trout has a pair of extra base-hits and factors in both big innings for the AL All-Stars. After Derek Jeter leads off his final all-star game with a double off Adam Wainwright, Trout follows with a double to score Jeter and then scores on Miguel Cabrera's homer to left.

The NL stars answer back with 3 runs to tie it, highlighted by RBI doubles by Matt Lucroy. But the AL responds with 2 more runs in the 5th with Trout delivering the tie-breaker on an RBI double off Pat Neshek.
