Toronto strikes for 7 runs, with 3 homers, in the first 3 innings to chase Derek Holland and grab firm control of the contest from Texas. Meanwhile, knuckleballer R.J. Dickey and David Price go 7 2/3 innings to get the Jays to the late innings with an 8-4 lead.

Josh Donaldson starts the onslaught with a 2-run HR in the 1st, and then Chris Colabello follows with a solo shot. Kevin Pillar extends the lead to 4-0 with a solo HR in the 2nd before Toronto adds 3 more runs in the 3rd. Pillar singles home runs in the 3rd and 7th.
