Pitching had dominated with Trevor Bauer shutting down Toronto following a 2-run HR by Russell Martin in the 1st, going 8 innings, striking out 13. Francisco Liriano limited the Indians to 4 hits and 1 unearned run over 6 innings, striking out 7.
