Giants beat the Marlins 8-2 in 10 innings.

San Francisco's offense erupts in the 10th after losing a 2-0 lead in the 9th. Rich Aurilia leads off the 10th with a HR off Vic Darensbourg. Jeff Kent extends the lead with an RBI double and then J.T. Snow breaks it open with a 3-run double.

The Giants scratched out runs in the 1st and 5th against Brian Meadows, but Florida rallies off closer Robb Nen in the bottom of the 9th. Orel Hershiser had blanked the Marlins for 6 innings on 2 hits.
