A.J. Pierzynski delivers the tie-breaking solo HR in the top of the 9th after Texas overcomes a 6-3 deficit. The Angels broke a 3-3 tie in the 6th with a 3-run outburst.

However, the Rangers battle back with 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th, as Pierzynski singles home the 1st of the runs. With 2 outs in the 9th, Pierzynski delivers the game-winner off Ernesto Frieri over the right-centerfield wall.
