The Rangers get to Detroit's Jordan Zimmerman early with 2-out rally for a pair of runs in the 2nd when Elvis Andrus doubles home the 1st run, and then scores on Bobby Wilson's single. Rougned Odor homers off Zimmerman in the 5th and adds a 2-run double in the 9th.
