Down 24-14 at the half, Louisville dominates the 2nd half, with 17 points in the 4th quarter to overtake Cincinnati. Dave Ragone hits 25-of-31 for 326 yards and 3 TDs and runs for a TD. Tony Stallings rushes for 122 yards and 1 TD, and catches 4 passes for 41 yards and 1 TD.

Ragone's 5-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter starts the Cardinals' rally. His 11-yard TD pass to Stallings in the 4th quarter puts Louisville ahead for good and Rashad Harris' 33-yard return of an INT for a score seals the outcome.
