Kansas rolls up 262 yards rushing, led by David Winbush and Dylan Smith, to win consecutive conference games for the 1st time since 1997. Winbush and Smith each run for 84 yards, with Smith adding 152 yards passing.

Colorado went in front 9-3 with a 66-yard punt return for a TD by Roman Hollowell. However, the Jayhawks take the lead for good on Winbush's 3-yard TD run in the 2nd quarter. Reggie Duncan adds a 6-yard TD run to open a 23-12 lead for Kansas.
