Falcons upend the #20 Rams 44-40 in the snow.

Air Force upsets rival Colorado State, denying the Rams a chance to clinch the Mountain West title in awful snowy conditions. Nathan Beard rushes for 149 yard and 3 TDs to lead the Falcons, who dominated the 1st half, taking a 24-7 lead.

However, Air Force had to withstand a big 2nd half rally by the Rams. Pete Rebstock catches 9 passes for 168 yards and 3 TDs, the last pulling Colorado State within 44-40 w/ 1:08 left. The Falcons recover the ensuing onside kick.
