N.C. State follows to previous late rallies, with another, erasing a 13-0 hole and 16-13 4th quarter deficit to improve to 4-0 on Phillip Rivers' 3rd TD pass, in OT. Rivers strikes with a 23-yard TD pass on the 2nd play of OT, and then the Wolfpack stops Georgia Tech on downs to seal the win.

Rivers hits 21-of-36 for 262 yards and 3 TDs, while Ray Robinson rushes for 83 yards and adds 5 catches for 49 yards. The Jackets had sent the game to OT when George Godsey hits Kerry Watkins with a 7-yard TD pass on a 4th down w/ 1:20 to play.
