Joey Harrington throws for 382 yards and 4 TDs to lead Oregon by Southern Cal. Harrington answers a 59-yard TD run by the Trojans' Sultan McCullough with an 8-yard TD pass to Maurice Morris in the 1st quarter.

Harrington then adds TD passes in each of the final 3 quarters as the Ducks stay in control. Harrington's 18-yard TD pass to Justin Peelle with 1:10 left seals the win. Keenan Howry catches 8 passes for 129 yards.
