#8 Wildcats bounce back with a 28-23 win over the Red Raiders.

Kansas State rebounds from a loss to Oklahoma with a strong defensive effort, forcing a pair of INTs, including a key one by Dyshod Carter that sets up a key late TD that gives the Wildcats a 12-point lead over Texas Tech. Jonathan Beasley contributes a TD run and TD pass in the 1st half in a mediocre effort by the quarterback.

Kansas State is inconsistent on offense, but finds an answer each time Texas Tech pulls within a score. Carter's INT sets up Josh Scobey's 2-yard TD run to give the Wildcats a 28-16 lead in the 4th quarter.
