Romaro Miller throws for 302 yards and 3 TDs to lead Ole Miss from behind to win. Eli Manning makes his debut, hitting 1 of 5 passes for 4 yards and Deuce McAllister runs for a pair of TDs.

Tulane grabs a 17-14 lead in the 3rd quarter on Patrick Ramsey's 16-yard TD pass to Adrian Burnette. But the Rebels storm back as Miller hooks up with McAllister for a 47-yard TD pass and then Kenny Woods returns an INT 33 yards for a score, and Miller's 67-yard TD pass to Trey Sandifer breaks it open for a 35-17 lead.
