Alabama gets a big day from Ahmad Galloway and its defense to subdue Vanderbilt despite a sluggish performance. Galloway rushes for 172 yards and 1 TD, and Brandon Miree adds 70 yards and another TD.

Galloway starts the Tide with a 79-yard TD run, but the Commodores stay close trailing 10-7 in the 4th quarter, before Miree adds a 41-yard TD run and Alabama scores the final 4 points on a pair of safeties.
