#17 Beavers crush the Cougars 38-9.

Oregon State stays in the Rose Bowl chase with an easy win over Washington State. Ken Simonton rushes for 169 yards and 2 TDs and adds a 2-point conversion to lead the Beavers while becoming the 1st Pac-10 player to rush for over 1,000 yards in his freshman, sophomore and junior seasons.

Simonton's 5-yard TD run and conversion gives Oregon State a 24-3 lead early in the 3rd quarter. Jonathan Smith and T.J. Houshmandza on a pair of TD passes to stretch the lead to 38-3.
