UCLA erupts in the 2nd half finishing off Cal with 49 straight points after trailing 10-7 in the 1st half. DeShaun Foster rushes for 117 yards and 3 TDs, and Cory Paus throws for 373 yards and 3 TDs on just 13-of-16 passing.

Foster puts the Bruins ahead with a 6-yard TD run in the 2nd quarter, and adds a 34-yard TD reception before halftime. UCLA tacks on 21 points in the 3rd quarter and 14 more in the 4th quarter before Cal breaks the run of unanswered points on the final play.
