Luke Staley rushes for 196 yards and 5 TDs, while Brandon Doman adds a 165 yards and 2 TDs to go with 284 yards and 1 TD passing. Brigham Young sprints to a 21-0 lead in the 1st quarter, but has to answer a rally by Colorado State.

The Rams take a 31-28 lead in the 2nd half on Bradlee Van Pelt's 5-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter. Doman puts the Cougars ahead with a 37-yard TD run, and Staley follows with a 20-yard TD run for a 42-31 lead.
